Our refund policy lasts 3 working days from the date of procurement of any of the membership plans. If 3 working days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, username and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Once we have received your request, we will review it and get back to you within 7 working days.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet our refund policy criteria.
