This is a very basic rental ledger template.

Now in this template, all the incoming payments (income) will be in black color and outgoing payment (expenses) will be in red colored text. This is because of the conditional formatting in Excel. Furthermore, the total happens automatically in the Card Designs. Furthermore, the default currency in this template is United States Dollars (USD). You can modify that as per your requirement.

Once you download this template, by default, the file/ folder extension will be compressed (zip). You will require decompressing software to get all the template files.
