Keep track of your “Annual Rental” using this free excel template. You can be a tenant or a property owner. It is useful in both ways. Managing finance for an individual or household needs planning for rental charges. Businesses can use this template to create provision for rental charges for their office, showroom or warehouses.

This excel template has fields to capture the following information:

  • Name of your tenant, email, phone number
  • Property ID and address
  • Annual Rental column with rent due, rent due date, received amount, not paid and late fees
  • YTD rent due, YTD rent received, YTD late fees.

Late fees is part of a rent agreement where there is default in payment of rental charges due. Rental ledger is an important document when it comes to real estate, investors and property managers. This tells the overall summary of inflow of cash or income from any rental property. You can create separate worksheet for each property under your responsibility.
