Contents of this template
This tracking template comes with three excel sheets, namely,
Settings – This contains the stages of process, Application sources and Decline reasons. It is designed and pre-filled with five reasons which pretty much covers the possible reasons and areas. However, you can modify as per your need.
Applications – It covers information of the job title for which the tracker is being prepared, name of the principal recruiter, job announcement date and all the journey details of each candidates. As per the process, each application of the candidate shortlisted will be registered here for the complete journey.
Dashboard – This is the summary of all the actions and activities happening behind the scenes. This is non-editable sheet and is locked for integrity. Source of this dashboard is from the two sheets aforesaid. Hence, you don’t have to worry about the design and alignment.
